Orbital Incubator Shaker

We are provide range of Orbital Incubator Shaker, Double walled, inner made of stainless steel, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel duly powder coated painted. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with thick glass wool to prevent any heat loss. Door is made of thick transparent double walled glass with best quality hinges handle etc. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels.

Temp. range is from 5^oC to 70^oC, uniformity of 0.5oC and digital belting by 0.1oC with a LED Digital Readout by 0.1^oC and is controlled by Digital temperature indicator Cum controller with PT-100 sensor. This controller is provided with time delay relay to control the accuracy in maintaning the temp. Temp. is maintained with an accuracy of 0.5C. Cooling is done with ISI mark compressor, fan motor, capacitor, relay etc. Whole cooling unit is placed below the main chamber in a G.I. housing.

Heating is done with ISI mark strip type heaters placed near the cooling coils. Air is circulated by ISI mark silicon winded motors which are connected to balanced blowers which operates alternatively and continuously with heating and cooling. Provided with 1 no. 12" light and regulated by automatic 0-24 hours timer. Provided with On/off switch, indicators, Digital Controllers, Technometer etc. Shaking is done with 0.25 H.P. motor (brushless induction) step less electronic frequency control with shaking speed of 20-250 rpm, controlled by digital speed indicator cum controller.

Provided with universal S. Steel Platform to accommodate clamps of different size of flask.
